The Union Budget was presented by Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon’ble Finance Minister of India on 1^st February, 2021

The year 2020 saw one of the greatest challenges in human history -Covid-19 pandemic. The Government of India’s proactive approach helped in steering the nation and the economy by adopting socio-economic reforms under the umbrella of ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat’.

The Budget of 2021 was a real challenge – there was a need to provide financial impetus, on the demand side, to help the economy in its recovery phase while balancing the need to address the concern of taxpayers of possible increased burden of additional taxes.

The Hon’ble Finance Minister has done well in this balancing act! Overall the Budget 2021 is a Blockbuster Budget!!
