Mr. Sandeep Dinodia is the Joint Managing Partner at S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Delhi. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With over four decades of professional experience, Mr. Dinodia specializes in assurance, regulatory advisory, and financial consulting. He has played a key role in establishing and scaling several enterprises in India through collaborations with international associations and global corporates.

He brings strong commercial insight to client engagements, advising management teams on growth, diversification, and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing long-term shareholder value.
